Panther Football
I just spent the past two weeks in BC working with Jordy, Kurt and the rest of the Lord Tweedsmuire Panther football team for two weeks of spring training. We have an exhibition game (controlled scrimmage) on Friday June 18th but I had to be back early so will miss it. Colton and Mikaela continue to lead very active lives (baseball, hockey, ball hockey, field hockey, tap dancing, birthday parties, etc. etc.) and Jordy and Corby when not involved with the kids are busy with their personal interests (tap dance, coaching, officiating, running, etc.) They will be here the last week of July (Colton and Hunter have a hockey camp) and the first week of August and we will be heading west in late August for Fall football.

70th
Although it was early, I was completely surprised Friday, March 26th when instead of a quite supper at the Winter Club with Jackies family and Michaels family; friends and family from Newfoundland to B.C. gathered and surprised me (and what a surprise) with an early birthday party. The key of course was not telling my wonderful wife Elsie---she was as surprised as I was. Do I feel 70--No, Do I look 70 (what is 70 suppose to look like now days)No--anyway, with family and friends like I have, life is a joy to live and I shall continue to keep myself healthy mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually and fill myself daily with loving kindness and peaceful abundance.
